How do I join?

Joining day4date.com is easy and free. All you need to do is enter your login details and email address. Your email address will always be kept private, and will not be visible to other members. Once you have logged on to the site, you can add your profile and a photo, so other members can view you. You are then free to search website for profiles of other members.

What is a Platinum membership?

It is completely FREE to add your profile and search our members. Only when you want to get in touch with other members, by sending, reading and replying to messages, you can purchase one of the Platinum membership packages. You can view Platinum membership costs options at your account page.

I've forgotten my password and/or username.

If you have forgotten your password, click ‘forgot password’ link and on the login page and enter your email address. We will immediately send you an email with your login details.

How do I delete my Free member profile?

How do I delete my Platinum member profile?

Please, send us your login and email that you have used for subscription along with your sale order number to payments@day4date.com.Your sale order number is indicated in the electronic receipt from the payment processing system – the 2Checkout.com. It was emailed to the email address that you have provided when entering your payment details.

How to upload photos?

Please go to Photos page, browse for a picture on your local computer and click Submit. Your pictures must meet the following requirements: The size of uploaded pictures should not exceed 250 KBs. The aspect ratio should be maintained within 1:1.5 (width to height). Only the jpg/jpeg, gif and png formats are supported. Note: We will delete photos that include nudity; drawings and paintings; famous people; baby/childhood photos.

How my photos will be displayed on the website?

The main photo will be shown at all pages of this website, including the main page. The public photos will be shown at your account page. The private photos are invisible to the websites users. To let a user view your private photo(s) you must send him the corresponding photo-link.

Can I edit ‘In My Own Words’ section?

No. This section of your profile can not be edited once you have registered for security reasons as every profile passes a two-step screening process for quality assurance purposes. If you are a Platinum member, please send the information you want to add to your profile to payments@day4date.com and our technician will edit this section for you.

How do I add users to favorites?

Please click ‘add to favorites’ link on the selected member profile page.




PAYMENTS

I have purchased the membership but it says on my Account page I’m a free member. What’s happening?

The problem had occurred because you did not press on the OK button at the end of the transaction in the sales area, that is why your payment was not registered at our website.

It was emailed to the email address that you have provided when entering your payment details.

How do I stop the recurring charges?

We have a recurring billing option switched on for your convenience. To stop the recurring billing, please mail your login and email that you have used for subscription along with your sale order number to payments@day4date.com after you have made your purchase. Your sale order number is indicated in the electronic receipt from the payment processing system the 2Checkout.com. It was emailed to the email address that you have provided when entering your payment details.

What is your refund policy?

Purchasing Platinum membership means getting access to the databases, which contain personal information of the website users. We HAVE NO trial period. The refund operation is valid only during 24 hours after the transaction was made. There will be no refunds for unused portions of your subscription period. The refund operation also implies removing a profile from the website. We hold the cost of one month of Platinum membership and the 10% order refund fee when somebody requests a refund and refund the payment partially.
